All pre-order items are limited availability, made to order items.

Each time frame is different indicated in the item description. Any items ordered along with preorder items will ship together. Once sold out, pre-order may reopen again once all previous pieces are completed if availability allows. Please indicate size when ordering if specified in the description.

All items will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, unless indicated as Pre-Order. Pre-Order items will be processed and shipped based on the description of the individual item.

Shipping is via USPS or UPS, shipping times vary between 3-10 business days.

Eternal Serenity Seven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All orders are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

All pieces are hand made please hand wash, dry clean or delicate and air dry for better care.
